A Proven Method for Restoring Health Balance

Pre-Bootcamp: Designed to set the stage for your success! Up to two weeks prior to the start of your bootcamp book your appointment to complete our Best Body Assessment, which will uncover your metabolic rate, muscle mass, waist-to-hip ratio and body fat percentage. Do you need to gain muscle? Is your current body composition placing you at risk for diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and/or obesity? We will also take your starting “before” pics for later comparison.

Week 1 – Begin Your Detox: Introduction to our lifestyle and how it works. Look and feel better in just two weeks!

Week 2 – Repair and Rejuvenate: Are your sleeping habits preventing you from losing weight? Become skilled at sleeping for weight loss, appetite control, and improved health. Discover stress management techniques to optimize your hormone levels.

Week 3 – Transition Week From Your Detox. During this week you will transition from the detox by completeing a process that will allow you to identify food allergies. If you have gas, bloating, headaches, water retention, skin breakouts, dark eye circles or many other symptoms – this week may help you to determine the culprit!

Week 4 – Learn the Basic Rules of Eating for Hormone Balance. Discover the best protein, fat and carbohydrate selections in the grocery store. Learn how to eat at the right time and in the right amounts to increase energy, prevent cravings and remain lean. You will also master nutrition label reading.

Week 5 – Next Steps and Hormone Optimization Training (HOT). Are you receiving the most benefit from your exercise efforts? Discover the 10 most common workout mistakes and learn more about our Hormone Optimizing Training workout, which focuses on restoring hormonal balance to lose fat, gain strength, and improve your metabolic health. Also discover the next steps to continue reaching your wellness goals.

Week 5 – 8 or 1 - 4: Work one-one-one with a CM Certified Personal Trainer 2x week for four weeks.

Post-Bootcamp: Book an appointment for your final weigh-in, Best Body Assessment and “after” pics. Continue to work with one of our Naturopaths or Nutritionists one-on-one to discuss your specific blood values, results of your hormonal health profile and any health concerns, if desired.
