A certified kinesiologist and personal trainer, Reggie Reyes brings valued experience and expertise in the health and exercise field for kids of all ages and fitness levels.
Reggie was recently the Director of Exercise Planning & Development for the world's largest online health program. Reggie has co-produced international sport and fitness certification and education courses for the Tudor Bompa Training System, and he also created and administered strength test protocols and programs for provincial and national level athletes in ice hockey, soccer, figure skating, swimming, mid- and long-distance running and tae kwon do.
An experienced instructor and lecturer, Reggie has published many health and exercise training articles, has presented at the university and college level on sports training and has appeared on television to present alternative training methods for kids. He has also created and implemented corporate wellness programs and health management strategies for large North American companies with health and fitness initiatives.
