Natalie Shay R.I.H.R, B.A is a registered psychotherapist, Stress Management Counsellor and Life Coach. She specializes in working with individuals around a variety of issues, including: stress management, work life balance, anxiety, self-esteem and emotional eating. She has a strong passion for teaching people how to reduce their stress levels in our fast- paced world. As every person is different she examines and tracks current stress levels in four key areas:

1. Environment / 2. Coping Responses / 3. Thoughts and Feelings / 4. Signals of Distress

After she helps her clients identify where their stress comes from, she then works with them and creates specific goals with each client to improve these areas. This approach has helped her clients with many different health and productivity issues. These include: lowering blood pressure, heart disease, weight issues, sleeping concerns, organization and time management issues, improving romance and creating work life balance.

Natalie also facilitates Clear Medicine's NEW Emotional Eating Program. The program is approximately 4-6 sessions, conducted once a week. Benefits of Program include the following:
