Treatment Phase 1: Renew and Revitalize (duration: approximately 4 to 6 weeks; typically includes two naturopathic visits and two nutrition consultations)

Treatment Phase 2:   Blood Sugar Balance and Replenish Your Body (duration: approximately 4 to 12 weeks; typically includes one ND visit every 4 to 8 weeks)

Treatment Phase 3:   Restore Metabolism and Achieve Hormonal Balance (duration: approximately 4 weeks to 1 year; typically includes one ND visit every 4 to 8 weeks)

Treatment Phase 4:   Optimize Body Composition, Anti-Aging and Disease Prevention (duration: a lifetime; typically includes one ND visit every 3 to 4 months or approximately once a season)

During your process of care you will benefit from an integrative team of practitioners, including a Naturopathic Doctor, Registered Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Coach.

We will assess your health via your Best Body Assessment completed following your initial appointment. Other means of assessing your health and wellness during your treatment, which may be recommended on an individual basis, include:

- Other forms of specialized testing such as heavy metal testing, stool analysis, etc.
- Hormonal Health questionnaires
- Symptom monitoring
